Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee + shipping fees. All our items are fully pictured and described—what you see is what you get. We provide product photos and full descriptions so you know exactly what you are ordering.

• Pre-owned items are non-returnable under any circumstance.
• Pre-orders and backorder items are non-refundable after 7 business days from the day payment was made.
• The restocking fee covers the cost of: box, tape, shipping label, invoice inputting, UPS pickup fee, and the fact that returned items must then be sold as used/trade-in, which lowers pricing.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. Even when “Free Shipping” is offered, we still pay the shipping cost out of pocket.
• Autographed items and custom-made items are not returnable.

Exchanges: Exchanges can be made with a 10% restock fee + shipping fees.

Refunds

All refunds, for any reason, will be subject to a fee:

• A 4% fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This is because PayPal (our payment processor) no longer refunds transaction fees for refunds as of May 7, 2019.
• If you order by mistake, change your mind, we are out of stock, or if your card was used without authorization, refunds will be issued minus 4%.
• Payments made with Sezzle or Afterpay are subject to a 6% fee due to higher processing costs.
• For any orders outside the USA, the refund deduction is 5% instead of 4%.

These policies ensure fairness while covering unavoidable processing and shipping expenses.
